Our Beginning – Establishing the Foundation of Excellence (2016)

The journey of United Polyfab Gujarat Limited began in 2014 with the establishment of our first Ring Cotton Yarn Manufacturing Plant at Timba Village, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

With an initial capacity of 20,000 spindles, this facility marked the beginning of our commitment to producing high-quality cotton yarn using advanced manufacturing practices.

The first plant was developed with a clear objective:

Expansion & Technology Upgrade – Strengthening Manufacturing Capabilities

Recognizing the increasing demand for quality cotton yarn and the opportunities within the textile sector, United Polyfab Gujarat Limited embarked on its next phase of expansion.

The company established a second Ring Cotton Yarn Manufacturing Plant with an additional capacity of 20,000 spindles, increasing our total spinning capacity to 40,000 spindles.

This expansion was equipped with:
• Latest-generation spinning machinery

• Enhanced quality monitoring processes
